POND SUPER STARTER is a high potency version of Pond Magician meant to jumpstart the beneficial microbes in your pond. A new or refilled pond is at a critical point in terms of what microorganisms will populate the pond – good or bad. POND SUPER STARTER provides the good bacteria that will establish themselves on all the surfaces of the pond as well as the water. They act as a super security force to eliminate bad bacteria, toxins and pollution and stay on guard as the pond matures. In addition, it is made from organic ingredients and is completely safe for your fish, turtles, plants, animals and humans. It is so safe that it can be ingested with no harmful side effects.
POND SUPER STARTER is not made from enzymes like a lot of pond products on the market today. Enzymes are fine in themselves, but all they do is aid bacteria in the digestion of their food. In fact, bacteria produce their own enzymes. Enzymes do not “digest” the food – the bacteria do! And the food our bacteria eat is the toxins and pollution in your pond!
POND SUPER STARTER is available in quarts, gallons, 2.5 gallons, 55 gallon drums, and 275 gallon totes. The dosage rate is 1 gallon of POND SUPER STARTER to 10,000 gallons of pond water. We recommend an initial dosage and a repeat dose in two weeks to kick-start the pond into high gear! You will need to use chlorine or chloramine free water or use a remover to neutralize them. The POND SUPER STARTER is poured into the pond straight from the bottle at several points around the pond. Then sit back and relax and let the hungry microbes take over! In about two weeks apply a second dose of equal amount. POND SUPER STARTER operates on the competitive exclusion principle: the beneficial microbes take over the neighborhood and crowd out the bad bacteria. They don’t have a chance to establish themselves hence no bad effects from them. No cloudy water, no odors, no excess decayed organic matter. Nothing but healthy, clean water.
