How to Maintain your Restaurant with "Restaurant Solution"™ (RS)

"Restaurant Solution"™ is an all-natural cleaner containing powerful microbes, anti-oxidants and enzymes which break down tough grease, grime and dirt. "Restaurant Solution" is a Probiotic and works in the opposite manner from anti-bacterial products. While anti-bacterial products attempt to kill bad bacteria, "Restaurant Solution" uses beneficial and effective microorganisms to regenerate good bacteria. As an all natural cleaner, "Restaurant Solution" repopulates an area with healthy bacteria so they dominate and overpower harmful, disease and odor causing bacteria. This creates a healthy, clean and vibrant environment.

Continued use throughout your Restaurant controls the re-emergence of pathogenic, toxic and odor causing bacteria.

USE "Restaurant Solution" INSTEAD OF HARSH CHEMICALS.

For most uses of (RS): Use a standard spray bottle with a dilution rate of 1:3 unless noted otherwise. 1 part (RS) to 3 parts clean water. Use chlorine free water.

Pour 2 gallons (RS) initially in 750 – 1000 Gal. Grease Interceptor -1st 2 Tanks. Full Strength.
Service Grease Interceptor with 1 Gallon (RS) every 1-2 months. Pour directly into drains leading to grease interceptor. Full Strength.
Empty Dumpster and scrub with (RS) – apply liberally and let soak into dumpster metal - Once a month. Dilution rate: 1:2  Do the same thing with garbage cans, metal or plastic. 
Spray on all garbage room and dumpster location areas daily. Dilution: 1:3 You should note the reduction of odors almost immediately.  Use wherever foul odors occur.
Pour 1 cup (RS) down all Floor Sinks and Floor Drains weekly. Dilution: 1:3
Use (RS) in a spray bottle to clean and treat all smooth surfaces including ceramic tile, FRP, stainless-steel and semi-gloss painted areas. Important Note: Do not use on light colored, unsealed tile grout. Ensure grout is properly sealed prior to using "Restaurant Solution". Dilution: 1:3
Spray on and clean around urinals, sinks and toilets daily. This product is very beneficial to Porcelain. Dilution: 1:3 After use, urinal and toilet areas will smell fresh and clean.
Soak grease filters in exhaust hoods with RS monthly. Dilution: 1:3.
Spray on floor mats in kitchen lines and back bars - weekly minimum. Dilution: 1:3
Put 1/4 cup of (RS) in your bucket when mopping floors. Full Strength. (You will need less "soap".)

Spray under equipment at cook lines weekly. Use to wipe down stainless steel equipment. Dilution: 1:5 
Spray on Swamp Cooler Make Up Air pads and pour 1 cup into swamp cooler re-circ water once a month. Dilution: 1:5
