We are a privately owned company dedicated to the use of ORGANIC materials only, to handle a myriad of negative environmental situations. We use a product from the microorganisms family. We have observed these to be the most effective and most environmentally friendly solution to a large number of problems that are normally solved with harsh chemicals. Also, some of these chemicals actually do more harm than good for the environment. Our product actually helps the environment now and in the re-building of the future of this planet.
Message from the President
We here at Organic Environmental Technology are a group of highly qualified individuals that are dedicated to the resurrection of the environment of this planet.
The damage caused by "those" with little or no thought concerning the future, but only on the almighty dollar, factually have sufficiently degraded the condition environmentally that the entire world's population, plant and animal life, is indeed in serious danger.
With the complete overuse of chemicals coupled with the depletion of minerals in our soils, the foods we now eat are so laced with toxins, the human body simply cannot keep up with it. We now find ourselves faced with the handling of this situation, one not of shame, blame or regret, but one of a hope for the future, by acting responsibly with other like minded groups or individuals using only truly beneficial products that are specifically aimed at working for the "greater good".
We hope you will join us in this exciting time for the future health of our plants, animals, mankind and the planet itself. The only thing we have left is the future, so let's create a great one!
Key Personnel
Gil Schrock / Founder & President
Mr. Schrock was raised on a dairy farm in Iowa, spent 3 yrs in the Navy studying electronics and 2 years at Mesa Jr. College in San Diego. He has owned and operated his own construction company for 23 years but always yearned to get "back to the soil." He never lost his basic affinity for the earth and working with it, so it was a natural fit when he was introduced to this technology to realize what he would be doing for the remainder of this life.
As stated "My purpose is to re-vitalize earth through the introduction of probiotic technology into a myriad of environmental situations while significantly reducing the amount of chemicals being used on this planet; through education, business and personal examples and thus make it a healthier and safer place for the future generations of plants, animals and mankind."
Don DiGalbo / Technical Director
Don grew up in Northern New Jersey and remembers fishing on the numerous unspoiled lakes there.
He moved to southern California in 1969 and although he continues the sport-fishing hobby has watched the steady decline of the water quality in the California lakes.
He also remembers the DDT pesticide disaster and is concerned about the growing number of chemicals that are dumped into our environment daily.
He is determined to help correct our environment for ourselves and for our children and for the future of this planet. When he learned about Organic Environmental Technology's solution, he was instantly convinced that this was the correct way to handle our environment.
Don has been involved in the Construction Industry for the past 20 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science (in physics) degree from New York University. He is a Certified Mold Tester and Remediator.
Paul Scholz / Vice President
Mr. Scholz attended College of the Canyons studying Business Administration and joined OET with over 30 years experience as either a Principal or Senior executive in a variety of industries most recently as the President of a Microbiological testing firm in San Diego. His early years in Santa Barbara, where the tide pools were rich with ocean life and the black fertile soil produced avocado and citrus orchards as far as the eye could see, made a lasting impression on Paul. Ever with an ear to the ground for ways to improve industry without sacrificing the environment, Paul found OET to be the opportunity he was looking for with the technology the environment so desperately needed.
Currently working on business development, Paul has been involved in bringing on several large clients including a national waste management firm and a county sanitation district collectively containing the two largest landfills in the nation.
Deborah Schrock / Administrative Director
Deborah received her BS Degree from the University of Utah.
She is a co-partner with her husband Gil (Founder of EES) since the formation of the company. She has a very high purpose to assist in the cleanup of the planet environmentally and is dedicated to achieving this goal.
